π§© What You’ll Do
- Design clean, modern, and intuitive user interfaces for mobile and web applications.
- Create and iterate wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Translate product requirements and user needs into effective, accessible designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure smooth design handoff and implementation.
- Conduct and apply feedback from user testing or stakeholder reviews.
- Help define and maintain a consistent visual language and design system across projects.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design best practices.
β Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and design accessibility.
- Strong visual design skills and an eye for detail, layout, and typography.
- Excellent communication and collaboration in remote environments.
- Ability to work independently and manage feedback cycles efficiently.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a plus.

- Experience working with agile teams or startups.
- Knowledge of user research, personas, and journey mapping.
- Familiarity with design systems like Material Design, Fluent, or custom UI kits.
