BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO NIGERIA

2011/12 BATN & BAT Iseyin Agronomy SCHOLARSHIP AWARD SCHEME


As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, British American Tobacco (Nigeria) Limited and its subsidiary company, the BAT Iseyin Agronomy Limited (BATIA), hereby invite qualified Nigerian undergraduates in Universities and Polytechnics to apply for its 2011/2012 Scholarship award Scheme.

The scheme is open to:

  • Qualified applicants who are children of tobacco farmers

  • Other qualified applicants from across Nigeria

ENTRY QUALIFICATION

Proposed applicants must be above the age of 18 and should have been registered as

  • full time tertiary students in any Nigerian Polytechnic or University to study Agriculture or Agriculture related courses in Nigerian tertiary institutions.

  • Only students in their first year need apply.

  • Such students must be holders of SSCE or its equivalent with at least six subjects passed in one sitting.
